Carmarthenshire Coaching Network
The Local Service Board is looking to develop a network of senior managers to work as executive coaches across the public service in Carmarthenshire to coach and develop senior managers from partner organisations, sharing knowledge and skills across the LSB.
The network will provide the LSB with a number of opportunities:
To develop new ways of working collaboratively across the LSB.
To share leadership excellence across organisations and capitalise upon the skills and knowledge of local senior managers.
To provide excellent networking opportunities, creating peer relationships across organisations.
To provide a cost effective opportunity for learning both for the coachee and coach.
To provide an opportunity to increase understanding of the individual cultures of partner organisations, and develop new, shared cultures between organisations.
We are looking for senior manager to apply to be trained as executive coaches to form the network. If you would like to be developed as an executive coach please complete the attached application form and return it to Alex Machin, Corporate Learning & Development Advisor, Carmarthenshire County Council by 16th January 2011 [contact details below].
